Refund Policy



Our policy lasts 30 days.  If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot always offer you a refund or exchange (the 30 days returns window is often extended for any early Christmas gift purchases).  This does not apply to faulty goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, unused, original, and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. (This does not apply to faulty goods) 

To complete your return, we will require your order number. 

There are certain situations where we may only offer a partial refund: 

  •  Any item not in its new, original condition, with original packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
  •  Any item that is returned more than 30 days after receiving delivery 


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item or a different item, please email us at help@northbikes.co.uk.

Don’t forget to include your order number so we can identify you. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will call you or email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Any refunds will be credited to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within a few days


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 

If you cannot find a record on your bank statement, contact your credit card company. 

Next, contact your bank.  There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

To return your product, you should post it to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Postage costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will not be included in your refund. (This does not apply to faulty goods) 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are posting an item with a value over £50, consider using a trackable postal service with insurance, which offers cover for loss, theft and damage.
