At North Bikes, we want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, we appreciate that things don’t always go to plan.
If you feel you have to return an item, for whatever reason, we’ll do our best to make sure the process is as easy and straightforward as possible.
If your order has suffered cosmetic damage, appears to be faulty, isn’t suitable, or you’ve simply changed your mind, here’s what you can do about it.
How to return an unwanted item
If you’ve decided that the item you’ve purchased isn’t for you, please Contact Us and let us know. You can return your item to us anytime within 30 days of receipt. All we ask is that any returned goods must be complete, unused, undamaged, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued once the goods have been received and inspected, so there may be a small delay.
How to return a damaged item
We always try our best to make sure items arrive in good condition, but sometimes they can get damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, Contact Us and we’ll offer a solution that you are happy with. If the damage is minor, and you still wish to keep the item, we can usually offer an extra discount to compensate for this.
How to return a faulty item
We always try our best to make sure items arrive in perfect working order, but sometimes they can be faulty. If your order is faulty or develops a fault during use, Contact Us and we’ll offer a solution that you are happy with. If the fault is minor and easily cured, we can send out replacement parts rather than exchanging the whole bike.
Please note: Accidental damage, crashing, abuse, neglect, general wear and tear, poor maintenance, and improper repair are not classified as faulty goods.
